A few things people usually want to know before they contact us.
How much is the Standard Well & Spring Analysis?
The full Standard Well & Spring Analysis is $255. It includes on-site sample collection, analysis, and a written report. Turnaround is usually about one week; travel may cost extra.
What does the standard well water analysis test for?
The standard analysis covers 25 parameters, including coliform, E. coli, Other Bacteria, IRB, SRB, metals and minerals, and key water-chemistry and physical characteristics. The Well & Spring page lists every parameter and explains what each can help show.
Do you test city water?
Yes. We can test selected basic parameters at our facility. Broader city-water panels are available through an off-site certified laboratory.
Can you help if I already have water test results?
Yes. Send us the report first. We may be able to answer your question without repeating tests that have already been done.
Do I have to buy water treatment after testing?
No. Testing through WALNC does not require buying treatment or equipment. If treatment is useful, you can choose H2O Easy or any provider you prefer.
Can I bring a water sample to the lab?
Samples are received by appointment only. Contact us first because the collection method, container, and holding time can matter depending on what you want tested.

Our Community Support program offers a free well water analysis to qualifying local homes. Availability is limited; send us a request and mention Community Support.
