For a focused city-water question, our Basic test is performed in-house. Broader Essential, Advanced, and Premium panels are available through an off-site certified laboratory.
Basic — focused in-house testing
Our Basic test is performed at our facility and can include pH, hardness, total dissolved solids, iron, manganese, and chlorine. Tell us what you are trying to understand and we’ll confirm whether the Basic test fits the question.
Essential — off-site certified lab
5 metals/minerals, 7 inorganic compounds, 4 physical characteristics, and 16 disinfectants and disinfection byproducts.
Advanced — off-site certified lab
20 metals/minerals, 7 inorganic compounds, 4 physical characteristics, 16 disinfectants and disinfection byproducts, and 47 volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Premium — off-site certified lab
Everything in the Advanced panel, plus 20 pesticides, herbicides, and PCBs.
